Duncan has been teaching for over 25 years in both Mainstream and SEN schools. Although originally trained as a PE & Outdoor Education teacher, he has taught ICT and computing at KS3, KS4 and 6th form level as well as holding Head of Department and Head of Year roles before moving into a Senior Leadership position.
